Why $15 and not a subscription?
A book club is a one-shot problem: find the right people, send one introduction. We charge once, when we solve it. No reason to bill you monthly for something that already happened.
When am I charged?
On the day we find your circle. Not before. If we never find one, you never pay.
Do you take my card when I sign up?
No. There is nothing to pay and no card on file at signup. When we find your circle, we email you, and you pay the $15 through Stripe then.
Is the $15 in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Cuento prices in CAD. Vancouver first.
What if the circle isn’t right?
Tell us within your first three meetings and we rematch you once, free. There’s no calendar deadline; the window is your first three meetings, however far apart they fall.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. Books, café tabs, and transit are on you, but Cuento doesn’t take a cut of any of that.
